Therapeutic Aikido
Aikido is a martial art that provides vestibular stimulation and other sensory input, as well as a structured environment with the opportunity to practice social skills. Children work 1:1 with me, until they are ready to be mainstreamed into a children's class.
I am currently teaching at Puget Sound Aikikai.
